(Lake Mills, WI) – Nearly three weeks ago, we reported that Tyranena’s newest beer in the Brewers Gone Wild! series would be a bourbon-aged version of “The Devil Made Me Do It.” Tyranena got approval on the label for that beer late last week. “Devil Over a Barrel” unofficially becomes the 9th beer in the series dating back to late Spring 2004 when the brewery launched “Spank Me Baby Barleywine.” The beer is a blend of 40% The Devil Made Me Do It (an imperial oatmeal coffee porter) and 60% of the same brew aged in bourbon-barrels. Tyranena has not yet announced this beer on its website and details as to when it will be released are currently unknown.
