“XXXX IPA is a non-traditional full-bodied American IPA with an aggressive hop bitterness counterbalanced with a subtle malt flavor. The aroma exudes a classic citrus nose found in many West Coast IPA’s. This beer features Cascade, Warrior, Summit, and Glacier as the bittering hops and Cascade Hops are used for dry hopping after fermentation. This hop blend is well balanced with Malted Wheat, Pale Ale, Crystal, and Caramalt Malts. XXXX IPA draws its name from the traditional English brewing convention of using X’s to denote style.”
