(Kansas City, MO) – According to The Wine and Cheese Place, Boulevard Brewing is staying true to its word in releasing a fall Smokestack Series beer in line with its traditional fall seasonal. With Bob’s 47 Oktoberfest hitting the streets recently, the brewery has announced its next Smokestack beer: Boulevard Harvest Dance Wheat Wine. TWCP’s Paul Hayden says that the beer will arrive in stores this coming November which should coincide with the release of Nutcracker Ale.
The STL Hops blog posted up the official sales sheet pdf. The beer uses Hallertau and Citra hops (there was much buzz about Sierra Nevada Brewing’s use of Citra hops in its Torpedo IPA). Harvest Dance is 9.1% ABV and will be available in 750 mL bottles throughout Boulevard’s distribution channel.
The STL Hops blog also reported that Boulevard Pilsner will arrive in St. Louis next week and that Boulevard Saison-Brett will return to the city in October. Saison-Brett was first released as a Smokestack Series beer last fall.
