(Aberdeen, SCOTLAND) – Big BrewDog update! First, 5am Saint has received TTB label approval and will be shipped over to the U.S. in 2010. Also, there is good news for U.S. beer fans who want to try Tactical Nuclear Penguin as a Florida-based beer distribution rep in the RateBeer thread says that batch 3 will be imported to the U.S. around March.

Boulevard Imperial Pilsner label preview
(Kansas City, MO) – Hat tip to Paul Hayden over at The Wine and Cheese Place for sending me this (Boulevard posted up the link on its Twitter today).
Boulevard Brewing is planning to release the Imperial Pilsner it brewed in collaboration with Jean Marie Rock, Orval Brewmaster, early next year. Hayden has been told it will be in January.
The beer is part of the Boulevard Smokestack Series line available in 750 mL’s. No word yet on how widely available this beer will be. 8% ABV.

(Easton, PA) – Weyerbacher Brewing is releasing its next Brewer’s Select Series beer, Hotel. President, Dan Weirback, reported in a tweet on Monday that the beer would ship out on draft this week. More than 55,000 People Attended Tour de Fat to Help Celebrate the Bike
Ft. Collins, CO, December 3, 2009 – Tour de Fat, New Belgium Brewing’s traveling celebration of all things bicycle, raised more than $276,000 for bike advocacy groups during the 2009 season. Tour de Fat is a free event, but the money raised from the sale of New Belgium beers and merchandise helps local organizations continue their good work of bicycle advocacy and environmental stewardship. Last year Tour de Fat broke the $1 million mark, and with this year’s donations, the grand total now stands at more than $1.25 million.
The 2009 Tour de Fat season rolled into 11 communities, including two new cities – San Diego and Minneapolis. Tour de Fat celebrates mankind’s greatest invention – the bike – with costumed parades, entertainment and the annual car-for-bike swapper program. Karl Strauss Fullsuit Belgian-style Brown Ale makes debut
(San Diego, CA) – December 3, 2009 – Karl Strauss Brewing Company is releasing their new winter seasonal, Fullsuit Belgian-Style Brown Ale. While the company has long brewed a variety of seasonals, Fullsuit is only the second seasonal offering to be bottled, following Oktoberfest. Fullsuit is a medium-bodied Belgian ale with toasted malt flavors, oak undertones, and a dry warming finish.
