“You’ve been asking for it and it’s finally here: AleSmith Decadence® 2009! AleSmith Decadence® Anniversary Ale was originally brewed in 2005 to celebrate the first decade of AleSmith being in business. AleSmith releases Decadence every year, with each year showcasing a different beer style. This year’s style, Dunkel Weizenbock, debuted back in December to a few lucky folks at Toronado San Diego and will be released for bottled distribution in early January 2010. Also, a limited amount of draft Decadence 2009 will be available for tasting and growler fills here at the brewery.

Our AleSmith Decadence® 2009 is a dark German-style Weizenbock weighing in at 9% abv. A complex blend of dark fruit flavors is deliciously balanced by a yeast-derived spiciness, making this traditional Bavarian style a perfect fit with the other high-octane, fine crafted brews of Decadence years past.
