(Paso Robles, CA) – Firestone Walker is contract brewing some new ones for Trader Joe’s: Mission Street Brown Ale and Mission Street Hefeweizen.

Because these are contract beers, FW declined to comment though it is probably safe to say that these will be appearing at some TJ’s locations where Mission St. beers are currently sold.

Despite the stigmas surrounding contract brews, Firestone Walker does a nice job with these. The brewery just earned a second medal (bronze) for Mission Street Pale Ale at the World Beer Cup.
