(Cambridge, MA) – The Pretty Things Beer and Ale Project will launch a new brew tonight in Cambridge.

Per the Pretty Beer Things site, “Welcome to our Field Mouse’s Farewell. It’s a late spring seasonal beer: French, rustic, 7%, full of different grains: Rye, Oats, Wheat and Barley. Like what a mouse would eat. The hops are Strisselspalt from Alsace, and Bramling Cross from England, and we combined Belgian and English yeast strains. Oldy woldy worldy.”

According to the newsletter: “We are launching a new beer tomorrow night at Green St in Cambridge. 5-8pm. Dylan at Green St will be serving the beer with a Jasper Hills clothbound cheddar crostini, all for a ridiculously low price ($5 last we heard, but don’t hold us to it!).”

Boston Bottles notes on its Facebook page that it will have 22 oz. bottles on shelves “soon.”
