(Munster, IN) – Three Floyds Brewing just announced its second seasonal release in as many days.

RateBeer‘s top-ranked brewery has put another seasonal on tap as of today. Apocalypse Cow is now available at the pub and bottles are expected soon according to Three Floyds’ Twitter account.

Beer description: “This complex Double India Pale Ale has an intense citrus and floral hop aroma balanced by a velvety malt body which has been augmented with lactose milk sugar.” 11% ABV, 100 IBUs.

The brewery announced yesterday that Three Floyds Gorch Fock bottles are available. Half Acre – Three Floyds Shewolf is slated for release this Friday in Chicago as well. It’s a good time to be a Three Floyds fan.

The pic above is actually from a listing of screen prints available for sale online. At $20 apiece, only three are available as of this posting though Three Floyds tweeted that there are also screen prints available at the pub.

  1. Lactose milk sugar? And the dreaded misuse of the word “balanced” once again.

I wonder if this may actually make this taste different than virtually all of their other offerings. Who knows
