Two Brothers Askew Sour Ale joins Project Opus Series

Two Brothers Askew

(Warrenville, IL) – Speaking of FOBAB…

Just posted a label from another FOBAB alum and here is another…Two Brothers Askew.

Label copy: “Project Opus is our collection of aged sour beers. Three years in the making, Askew will evolve and transform in the bottle as it ages or can be enjoyed without delay.”

RateBeer describes this one as an, “ale brewed with Saccharomyces cerevisae and Brettanomyces. Transferred to oak foudre after initial fermentation. Foundre has previously gone through a spontaneous fermentation.”

It will be packaged in 12.7 oz bottles though no date has been announced.
