(Boulder, CO) – Somehow, I never posted this after seeing it in the December newsletter but someone from Avery Brewing just sent over a helpful reminder. Here are details on the release of Avery Muscat d’ Amour Barrel-Aged Wild Ale and Avery Récolte Sauvage Barrel-Aged Wild Ale.
Please join us on this most loving union of #10 and #11 of our Barrel-Aged Series. In commemoration of the most romantic day of the year, we are releasing a partnership of two barrel-aged lovers at the very same time on the Saturday before Valentine’s Day. On one hand, we have an ale guided by the nuances of Muscat Blanc grapes and aged in Chardonnay barrels; on the other, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes bled into ale that was aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. One white, one red, both held for 14 months in their barrels, and both given life by wild yeasts. Truly expressions of our experimental nature and passion for brewing, these beers will bring love to the table they grace.
The only way to guarantee a snaring of these rapturous brews is to visit us on February 11th at the Avery Tap Room in Boulder, CO. Bottles will go on sale at 4pm for $8 each, and purchases will be limited to 6 bottles of each. Quantities will be extremely limited so we cannot guarantee that any bottles will escape the state.
