EPIC’s most recent brew is a gluten-free beer—Glutenator. You won’t find any astringent sorghum in this beer. Instead we use wonderfully light-bodied millet, brown rice, orange yams and molasses along with plenty of American hops. This beer has a nice tawny color, aromas of hops and yams with a sweet grain flavor and a clean, sorghum-free finish. Glutenator hits the cold case in early March!
