but even bigger brewers were pretty amateurish cmpared to now. Lag was there and we were fine even then cuz, well, beer luvrz wanted better!

…now even small brewers make really fine beers and many have fine brewing equipmnt too. In 90′s it was duct tape and bailing wire…

If you were really looking for a bubble, ignore the 6% of craft and consider the 85% ABI & MC… THAT is a bubble… deflating… Word.

Our old bottling line will then trek to Chicago for about 18 mos of service before retirement. We’ll prolly have it bronzed and mounted…
