Surly Wet came and went really fast this year as the brewery wasn’t able to make nearly as much of it as they did in 2011. The online allotment that went up last week and this week each sold out in less than thirty minutes and that was without any kind of notice. Sorry! It also sounds like Surly Fest is done as well. Wow.
Nevertheless, it’s a big week for France 44. Last week was a bit light on new arrivals (we also did a Gluten-free beer post if you missed it) but this week is jampacked.
Two things standout in particular. 1) A bunch of vintage bottles of Alaskan Smoked Porter rolled into the shop. 2) Clown Shoes expanded distribution to Minnesota so France 44 has several beers from their portfolio in stock.

Fill up your cart and then click on “My Cart” in the upper right corner. On the next screen (order screen), punch in your zip code in the Destination Zip Code input field in the lower right part of the order screen and hit enter on the keyboard. It will then calculate your shipping (without having to sign up or enter a credit card).
The optimal order where shipping cost is most efficient is 24 beers (or 48 or multiples of 24 from there). If you order a 25th beer, they have to add a second box which is an extra charge.
