Each year, hundreds of breweries enter a lottery for a chance to serve their beer at SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience. This year, a pool of over 200 applicants vied to participate in the event’s inaugural trip to New York City. Along with the 16 Supporting Breweries, 60 breweries were selected to showcase their beer for two nights to some of the most avid beer and food lovers found anywhere.

All told, 76 breweries will serve their finest beers paired with special dishes from a menu crafted by Chef Adam Dulye of San Francisco’s Monk’s Kettle and Abbot’s Cellar. Attendees will enjoy a diverse array of pairings, ranging from savory to sweet and everything in between. Not only that, SAVOR participating breweries represent all areas of the country, hailing from 26 different states.
