(Munster, IN) – Updates various from Three Floyds Brewing…
– This has inexplicably floated out there for a while now with little fanfare but Three Floyds has a brand-new label for Dark Lord Russian Imperial Stout this year.
– Speaking of Dark Lord Day, the brewery made a small update to DarkLordDay.com with the new artwork, confirming that this year’s event will be held, once again, on the last Saturday in April (27th). There is some speculation on BA that the venue may be changed from the brewery to Centennial Park. (Checking with the brewery for confirmation…)
– Oh, and we just shared a webisode of last year’s Dark Lord Day event if you have twenty minutes to spare.
– As for new labels, the brewery has a few new ones that have received approval over the past six weeks. Checking to see if we can get anymore information on these…
– Stack n Stabb Belgian Pale Ale
– In the Name of Suffering New Orleans-style Black IPA
– Toxic Revolution Stout
– Lord Rear Admiral ESB
– Permanent Funeral Pale Ale
– Tiberian Inquisitor Pale Ale

Is that really a brand new label for DLS, or just the label for the COFFEE version? Note the Intelligentsia logo in the upper right…
Interesting thought. The regular version is also brewed with Intelligentsia. http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/three-floyds-dark-lord-russian-imperial-stout/15917/
Ah! Too busy pouring, not looking at the label, I guess… Better check my last couple of bottles for the logo — to the cupboard! 🙂
