This week we will be nearly doubling our capacity after only 5 months of being open! We will be replacing our 7bbl serving tanks and fermenters with 15bbl serving tanks and fermenters and bring our capacity to 1100bbls.
Although we won’t be needing all of that capacity right away, it will allow us to keep our 4 mainstays (Man O War IPA, Iron Genny Pale Ale, Calma Muerta Hoppy Session Ale and Bearded Seal Dry Irish Stout) and Fallen Cask rotating IPA series on consistently.
We will begin to develop more of our seasonal offerings, our one off Exploration Series offerings and expand our popular barrel aging program. Additionally the capacity will finally allow us to begin selling kegs to-go from the brewpub for parties and home kegerators.
