On the cusp of summer, Pike is pleased to announce the release of Pike Saison Houblon. Saison is a Belgian style seasonal farmhouse ale. Pike Saison Houblon is influenced by the original; fermented with a traditional Belgian Saison yeast and then generously hopped with Yakima Valley: Chinook, Citra, Apollo; dry hopped with Falconer’s 7 C’s, Citra and Apollo to make it a Washington State classic.
