(Athens, GA) – When Terrapin Beer Co and Skybound collaborated to re-release The Walking Dead Blood Orange IPA in 6-pack cans this year, one beer wasn’t enough to satisfy. Raising the stakes they have added a second more limited edition brew to the project.
Inspired by Negan and Lucille, his weapon of choice, Terrapin Beer Co and Skybound’s super limited release is sure to be a hit. Lucille, a Blackstrap Molasses Stout will be released in 500 ml bottles with a label that does the barbed wire wrapped bat justice.
You don’t have to live in The Sanctuary to get ahold of Terrapin Beer Co and Skybound’s second collaboration beer, but this one won’t stick around long. The limited release will be available in late February.

Terrapin Beer Co. began as a daydream between founders John and Spike, who brewed and released their first beer, Rye Pale Ale, in 2002. Six months after it’s release, the beer made it to Denver for GABF, where John and Spike took home a Gold Medal for Rye Pale Ale in the American Pale Ale Category.
Inspired by the creative culture of Athens, Terrapin began to add to its beer lineup, with unique beers like W-n-B, Hopsecutioner, and many others. Whether you’re joining us for a brewery tour at our tasting room, drinking a Hopsecutioner at your favorite watering hole, sipping some Hi-5 on your back porch, or enjoying a RecreationAle after a long day on the trail, we hope you appreciate the dedication we’ve put in for 14 years (and counting!).
