————————————————————————————————- (Newport, OR) – Rogue will pay tribute to the park and the work it has done leading up to its 100th anniversary this year. The brewery will release Great Egret Pale Ale to mark the event. It was the near extinction of the Great Egret that led to President Roosevelt’s eventual recognition of the park as a national refuge in 1908. The Great Egret at Wikipedia.
