The Bruery Autumn Maple finally gets approval

(Placentia, CA) – Not sure what the hangup was (who knows with the TTB) but The Bruery Autumn Maple finally got approval this week. An autumn seasonal, released in, well, autumn. What a concept! Joking aside, Brewmaster, Patrick Rue, previously mentioned a target release date of Oct. 24 because of the TTB delay. But with approval coming over a week ahead of that date, it is possible that has changed. Call the brewery in case the beer is made available in bottles this weekend (it has already been released on tap at the tasting room).

From The Bruery’s original blog post revealing the beer: “We will be hand roasting 440 lbs of yams on the barbeque […] Maple syrup, molasses, and traditional pumpkin pie sort of spices will be added as well.” Oh, and 10% ABV for this one…
