Cà Phe Chon
The Vietnamese coffee varieties are carefully picked out of faeces from a so-called Luwak.
Luwakken is a kind of weasel that lives in the Vietnamese coffee plantations, where it eats the best and most fresh kaffebær. The stools are added to dry in the sun. When it dried out well, we can discard it and coffee beans from one another. Then the beans are roasted and ground. The enzymes that coffee beans are exposed to while passing through væslet give beans a unique and delicate nature.

    You wanna talk about rare? There’s only one of me. There’s a bunch of those weasels out there. I have my own distinct spices and flavors.
