[2/14 Update: Rigor Mortis should be shipping with it.]
[2/9 Update: According to the brewery, the beer will be shipped to the USA in two weeks but from there it is anybody’s guess.]
(Montreal, QUEBEC) – Dieu du Ciel Equinoxe du Printemps got label approval this week. According to the website it is “brewed only once a year in January. It is aged for two months in order to attain a perfect balance in taste. Then, it is sold starting March 21st, until stocks last.” Looks like a spring release for the U.S. though Dieu du Ciel can be unpredictable like many foreign microbreweries (in terms of what beers actually make it here). Solstice dHiver ended up coming to the U.S. but Rigor Mortis ABT hasn’t yet. EDP celebrates its 10th anniversary this month.
Beer stats:
Maple scotch ale – 8% alc./vol.
