(Boston, MA) – Boston Beer Co. will introduce its annual
Samuel Adam’s Beer Lover’s Choice
competition for another round this summer when it pits two hop-centered beers against each other. Sample A is a 5.2% Pilsner centered around Noble hops. Sample B is presumably either a pale ale or IPA (5.8% ABV) with hops “brewed from three traditional growing regions.” Folks from all over the country will try the two beers at various events and BBC will determine which beer should be added to its Brewmaster’s Reserve Collection based on the outcome of the tastings.
Last year’s winner was Samuel Adams Blackberry Witbier. The beer was made available in January of this year long after the nearly 32,000 votes had been counted. Brown Ale took the crown in 2005, Honey Porter in 2006, and Irish Red in 2007.

I am a student a the University of New Haven in the Business program and I ma ding a project on Sam Adams. I need the company Mission and Vision statements which I could not find on line like most companies. I called the headquarters in Boston and was told that it was not published to the the public? Have you ever heard of a company that had a secret mission and vision statements?
I’ve always felt that a company should have such statements available to the public so yeah, that really surprises me.
