(Denver, CO) – Great Divide Brewing got three new labels approved over the past week. I mentioned Great Divide Double Wit and Oak Aged Chocolate Yeti a couple weeks ago. Now there is a third beer on the horizon.
Great Divide 15th Anniversary Wood Aged Double IPA
marks another milestone for the Denver brewery. The label says that the base beer is Denver Pale Ale with a mix of English and American hops added. “To round off the edges,” the beer features some aging on French and American oak chips.
The beer is 10% ABV and will be released in bombers. It is not yet clear whether this will be made available for the brewery’s 15th Anniversary event. That takes place on Saturday, June 6 from 2-7pm. More info about that event and the release of the other two beers this Friday can be found on the Great Divide blog (get some permalinks, guys!). See the other labels below.
