According to a Brewdog blog post over the weekend, Stone Brewdog Cambridge Juxtaposition, the hoppy ‘Black Pilsner’ that was brewed this past April, should be bottled toward the end of this month. James also hints that Stone will visit Brewdog for another collaboration next month.

Three Floyds Brewing is replacing its bottle filler. Could this mean better availability?

Flossmoor Station revealed in its blog this weekend that there is another collaborative effort coming up soon: “Just as last year, we will be participating in a collaboration of breweries brewing the Collaborative Evil. This year’s style is a Belgian Golden Strong Ale. Each brewery is adding a unique ingredient (honey, spices/herbs, exotic sugars) that makes each one different. Our ingredient is still a secret — at least until we taste the finished beer and it doesn’t suck.”

Looks like The Bruery may be starting to distribute Papier? Not entirely sure whether these are just pre-orders that got sent out or the whole batch . . . “yesterday we sent put the finishing touches on Papier and sent it out into the world!”

Finally, if you’re a New Englander, you may be interested in what has been brewing over at a new Smuttynose blog this month. This one goes through the trials and tribulations of finding a new brewing space.
