Three Floyds Brewing confirmed the Apocalypse Cow rumors and also revealed another new bomber in its latest blog post.
Three Floyds Jinx Proof
“is a refreshing continental-style pils, has a light body combined with a pronounced noble hop aroma, and a crisp dry finish. This is the perfect beer for easy flavorful drinking. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Jinx Proof Tattoo in Washington D.C.” They are bottling both beers next week so look for those to be on shelves soon. Kegs will also be tapped in a week or two.
Beginning late June,
Clipper City Heavy Seas Big DIPA
, a 10.6% Double IPA, will be available in 22 oz bottles and kegs in very limited quantities. The Heavy Seas series features the brewery’s lineup of high gravity beers. There are several others you may want to check out as well.
Finally, if you are local to St. Louis, you may want to check out a thorough piece published in the Riverfront Times this week that details how craft beer is on the rise in this city, despite the prowess of a certain macrobrewer.
