O’Fallon ups the ante on its Cream Stout

(O’Fallon, MO) – According to The Wine and Cheese Place‘s Paul Hayden,

O’Fallon Chocolate by the Barrel Cream Stout

“is a bourbon barrel aged version of their Cocoa Cream Stout that is draft only here in St. Louis. […] I am told by the owner of O’Fallon Brewery [Tony Caradonna] that it should be bottled and released in 2-3 weeks. They are expecting to get about 80 cases (12/22oz) out of the barrel.”
