will be the first in a new set of one-off releases dubbed the Unchained Series to come in six-packs and on draft from the brewery. Brewer, Mike “the Miz” Miziorko, created this one and other brewers will eventually get their shot to design a beer. [edit: Does anyone remember the MTV reality tv guy that went by “The Miz” and turned into a professional wrestler? Hey, my college days aren’t that long ago!] Some of the MNBeer commenters made a good point: does a Kolsch really qualify as an “Unchained” style? High ABV beers once fit that description but now that they have become so much more prominent, what would one consider an ‘unchained’ beer in 2009?
