(Asheville and Raleigh, NC) – Two beers are slated for debuts in bottles soon in the Tar Heel State.

According to Brewer, Andy Dahl, French Broad Zepptemberfest is “a Marzen recipe brewed with a Kolsch yeast, perhaps a tad hoppy for the style. We’ll be releasing draft soon and will have 22 oz. bottle distribution in Western North Carolina in early- to mid-September. We’ll also be rolling our Harvest Porter draft-only in the fall.”

Beer specs: 6.1% ABV, IBU: 37, SRM: 9.7, O.G.: 14.8

The other beer is Big Boss Harvest Time Pumpkin Ale. The beer is not brand-new in that it has been previously available on tap. The site description reads, “This is a Subtly Spiced Fall ale Brewed with Real Pumpkin that will evoke memories of holidays and family. It is brewed with our own proprietary blend of spices that will make this one of the best-received pumpkin ales available.” Expect to find 6-packs on the shelves this fall.
