[1/13 Update: See the new Sam Adams Noble Pils press release for more information and new label]
(Boston, MA) – Boston Beer Co. got label approval this week for one of the beers that was entered into the Samuel Adams Beer Lover’s Choice 2009 contest. Looks like the winner is Samuel Adams Noble Pils. The beer beat out a Pale Ale; it will be introduced as a seasonal in early 2010.
Label neck description: “Samuel Adams Noble Pils is one of the only brews made with all five Noble hops from the world’s growing regions. its bright flavor and lively, citrus hop character reminds us that the warm days of spring are just a few weeks away.”

This was the better beer. I look forward to seeing this beer in a spring mix pack.

Want some!
Interesting taste, first swallow is like drinking ozone (Not unlike the Presto Hotdogger)
finishes like lime. Might be the green label.
I like this beer and will get more
