(Athens, GA) – Terrapin Beer Co. put out its October newsletter today. You may remember that the brewery released a ton of beer in September including Midnight Project Series #2, Depth Charge, and the latest Terrapin Side Project Series beer, Pumpkinfest. This month, it appears that they were busy at work for future releases.
Hopsecutioner was a bit delayed but it is close: “The newest addition of Terrapin’s year round line of beers is an IPA that’s going to make the hop heads in the crowd lose it! The first batches are on the way and we’re looking to release this around the middle of November.
Once again we asked Richard Biffle to work his magic on the label and the results did not fail to amaze…check out that devious grin. It’s like that turtle knows something. Maybe it knows what a hop punch this beer is going to deliver!”
Side Project Volume 9 – Terrapin Dark Side: “You wont have to wait as long for this…probably the middle of December. This time Spike has worked up a winter treat. Imperial Stout brewed with belgian yeast! It’s in the tank now.”
Barrels in the brewery: “Think limited release barrel aged Big Hoppy Monster and Wake n Bake. But don’t get too excited, aged means nothing comes out of the barrel for at least 6-9 months!”
Lastly, Terrapin Wake n Bake returns next month.
