(Hooksett, NH) – Bill Herlicka’s small northern New Hampshire operation, White Birch Brewing, is gaining quite a following among beer people in New England. He sent me this message regarding a new holiday beer he has released:
“To celebrate the holidays for 2009 we’ve made a special batch of our Tripel. This batch is done with our new Pilsner malts and a change to the hops to help profile the soft Pilsner flavors and aromas. We hope you enjoy this beer, or enjoy giving this as a gift. This years batch is only available at the brewery in very limited quantities. We’re pleased to announce that we will only be selling the Holiday Ale featuring a customizable To and From label. Yes, you tell us who it should be to and from. Only proper names or business names are allowed. No slang or profanity can be printed on the tag. There is a limit of 5 bottles per customer and 65 bottles in total. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Check out our website for more info.”
These are going fast so consider this a warning.
