(Chicago, IL) – Goose Island Fleur will make its debut this summer.
Though the Goose Island website currently shows this as a May release, a source with the brewery says that this has been pushed back to summer. This will join the year-round lineup of Belgian-style ales that includes Matilda, Sofie and Pere Jacques.
The beer will be available only in 22’s which can be cellared up to five years.
Beer description: “A Belgian style pale ale blended with hibiscus and kombucha tea, Fleur is a beautiful, rose-colored ale with an aroma of strawberries and hibiscus flowers. Her flavor balance starts with a hint of sweet, ripe, berry and finishes tart.”
