(Haverhill, MA) – Haverhill Brewery will release the latest in its 22 oz. bottled series next Tuesday.
According to the brewery’s Facebook page, “We will be releasing our next 22oz seasonal beer next week on wednesday. However, like the other releases we’re going to be selling them the night before at the TAP brewpub in downtown Haverhill. Come on out Tuesday night for some awesome beer, raffles and of course Triskelion Barleywine Bombers!”
Here’s the label description: “Our Barleywine-style ale is both one of the most simple and one of the most complex beers we brew! We use only high qualuty Maris Otter malt and boil the wort for three beers. This adds a caramel-like sweetness that we balance with East Kent Golding hops. We cellar the beer for six months to mellow and blend the flavors. It has enough hops to age for long periods, which will make it even more drinkable and balanced. Triskelion pairs best with strong blue cheese.”
Head Brewer, Jon Curtis, just tweeted that the brewery put on a firkin of the new brew on Friday morning at the Tap Brewpub.
