Matt McCornish is our first brewer apprentice. For Matt’s professional debut, he chose to brew a Wit. Fruit notes and a hint of spice, with a satisfying balanced finish. Great for summer months in New England or just about anytime in Hawaii.

Aloha means hello and goodbye in Hawaiian. So we say aloha to Matt as he moves on and hope you enjoy his beer as much as we do.”
