White Birch Moonlight, Barrel Aged Saison, and other updates

(Hooksett, NH) – If you are exhausted in trying to track all the beers that are coming out of White Birch Brewing, you are not alone. I asked Bill Herlicka to help sort out the beautiful mess that he’s created and provide info on some new stuff. Here’s the latest.

“My goal is to have two or three regular beers: the Belgian Style Pale Ale, Dubbel and Wrigian, and have a rotating set of new and seasonal beers. It keeps me having fun and out of trouble that way.

The Barrel Aged Saison is probably not going to be out until around August or so. There’s a flavor I’m looking for with a mild Brett strain which I need to hit before this one is let out the door.

The Moonlight brew is a collaboration with Moonlight Meadery and I hope to have that out later this month.

The Oak Aged Barley Wine came out as a two case test batch to great feedback and sold out in about seven hours. I’m working on the next batch as my last batch of Barleywine until fall. I hope to have around 400-500 bottles for the next batch around June-ish.

I have one more new release for the month called Indulgence. It’s a brew I made with copious amounts of chocolate malt and my house yeast. Not quite a stout, not quite a porter it’s got a great chocolate aroma and a coffee & chocolate flavor with a smooth finish.”
