(Oklahoma City, OK) – COOP Ale Works dives into the canning frenzy beginning this summer.
Label approvals came through for two of the brewery’s flagships earlier this month. Horny Toad Cerveza and Native Amber are slated for release by the first week of July according to a NewsOK story back in later April (the timetable could have changed since then). The beers will be released in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans.
Here are the beer descriptions off of the brewery website:
“Crisp and clean, Horny Toad is a premium craft cerveza with just a hint of Noble hop bitterness to balance the pilsner malt body. 5.3% ABV. 25 IBUs.”
“We like to believe that Native Amber is a perfect blend of hops and malt. Caramel and biscuit notes carry the Cascade and Cluster hop additions through to a wonderfully round finish. 6.3% ABV. 35 IBUs.”
