(Farmville, NC) – The Duck-Rabbit Brewery will soon introduce another beer into bottles for the first time.
Duck-Rabbit Duck-Rabbator debuted last year but was only available on draught. This year, the brewery will put into bottles as well and it will be available in both formats beginning late this month. Owner/Brewmaster, Paul Philippon, gave a ballpark estimate of 370 cases though that is subject to change. The beer will be going out to North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
This was the brewery’s first-ever lager and the brewery has continued that trend in brewing two additional lagers since Duck-Rabbator’s introduction. Philippon noted that they have tweaked the recipe so the flavor profile will be different this time around.
Says Philippon about his creation, “I think this beer is like a loaf of crusty bread in a glass!”
