(Miller Falls, MA) – Western Mass-based Element Brewing‘s beers recently made into 750s for the first time and are now on shelves.
According to one of the brewery’s co-founders, Tom Fields, bottles of Extra Special Oak and Red Giant rolled out into stores earlier this month and Dark Matter was scheduled to debut this past week.
Here are the descriptions from the website:
“EXTRA SPECIAL OAK (ESO)
This innovative ale, burnished chestnut in color, contains the malt characteristics of an ESB without the typical bitterness. Lighter carbonation highlights the oak-aged flavor and its enduring tones of toasted vanilla and spice.
DARK MATTER
This New American Black Ale, our strongest signature beer, has the malt profile of a Schwartz Beer (German Black Lager) and the floral characteristics of an IPA. Saturated in hops, this intrepid style offers smooth dark toffee flavor without the roasted bitterness.
RED GIANT
Deep ruby in color, Red Giant contains caramel malt sweetness combined with significant hop bitterness and leathery aroma, resulting in a balanced flavor profile. Not a singular beer, Red Giant’s complexity offers a new flavor with every sip.”
