(Stevens Point, WI) – Stevens Point Brewery has decided on its next beer in the Whole Hog Series.
Here is the beer description for Point Raspberry Saison: “Reminiscent of a traditional Wallonian-style Belgian Saison with a touch of raspberry flavor, this rustic farmhouse ale is handcrafted with 2-row, Pilsen, Extra Special and Munich malts combined with Cluster and Willamette hops. Refreshingly tart and flavorful with notes of herbal complexity.” 7.2% ABV.
More info on the other Whole Hog Limited Release Brewmaster’s Series beers: “[These] brews represent the epitome of the brewmaster’s art and round out the Stevens Point Brewery’s specialty portfolio. In addition to Whole Hog Pumpkin Ale, the Whole Hog beers includes Whole Hog Six-Hop India Pale Ale, an India Pale Ale brewed with six varieties of hops from the Pacific Northwest, and Whole Hog Imperial Pilsner, a hoppy, traditional German-style pilsner.”
Whole Hog Series beers are available in 4-packs for a limited time. A release date hasn’t been made public yet but expect the brewery to release a press release sometime down the road.
