(Chandler, AZ) – SanTan Brewing will soon have its cans available for sale in Arizona retail stores.
The brewery is undergoing a major $700,000 expansion project that is scheduled to wrap up in a few weeks. Part of that expansion includes the build-out of a new canning line.
According to AZCentral.com, “[Founder, Anthony] Canecchia said he will begin canning two brands: HopShock IPA and Epicenter Amber Ale. Within six months, he plans to can Devil’s West Coast Pale Ale and HefeWeizen Wheat.”
SanTan, like so many other small breweries, is installing a Cask Brewing Systems canning line designed to churn out around 30 cans per minute. The supplier owns the lion’s share of the craft beer market canning system market.
