(Wilkes-Barre, PA) – The following comes from Darel Mathews, brewing supervisor at The Lion:
As posted on Beer Advocate: “The all-new Stegmaier IPA and Pale Ale will start shipping out to distributors this week. These are both all-new recipes. We really tried to have some fun coming up with them and hope you all will give them a try and let us know what you think.
IPA is around 7% ABV and 70 IBUs, hopped mainly with Cascade and Nugget. Why? Because we love Nugget!
Pale Ale was designed to be a hoppy session beer that complements the IPA – almost 40 IBUs but at less than 4.5% ABV you can enjoy a night full of hoppiness and still show up for work the next day.
For this initial run, they’ll be packaged on draft as well as in a variety pack with Steg White and Steg Amber. After the initial run they’ll be available in their own cases.”
LOVE the IPA!!!!!!! I want to get it on tap. Is it available and how do I get it? I live in Bloomsburg PA
