(Cleveland, OH) – Two more bottles are on the way from Ohio-based Buckeye Brewing.
Per the brewery blog:
“Federal label approval is complete. We are waiting on State label approval. These are both strong brews that of course are short runs. As if you haven’t heard that one before. Really though. 100 and or so cases per brand.
ZATEK 2010 will be in a 22oz silk-screened bottle. Aquarius will be in a 22oz bottle with a full color label. ZATEK 2010 is silky, smooth, and layered in flavor. The alcohol (10+) is extremely well hidden. We tend to think of it as and English-style Imperial Stout. It doesn’t have any piny or citrus hop flavor as typical American versions do.
Aquarius, on the other hand, fits perfectly into that ‘balls to the wall’ classic American hop flavor and aroma. It is 9+ ABV. The hop charge throughout is SUMMIT and Amarillo. The Aquarius is something I’m certain Buckeye will release again. It is by far the most resiny peep in our fleet. We want to give a special thanks to ‘Quasar’, ‘Bling Bling’, and ‘ZATEK’ for helping brew Aquarius. As soon as we get the green light we will let you know. Look for them at boutique ‘bottle shops’ throughout Ohio.”
