Three brews make their return . . .
Folks from Surly Brewing are on hand for a tap launching of sorts for Surly Hell at Sea Salt Eatery. Beer started flowing at 11AM this morning. It’s already available in cans in some spots. Upcoming on the schedule is Surlyfest at the brewery on 9/18 (tickets to be sold soon). Darkness Day will take place on 10/23.
This Saturday will feature the return of Port Santa’s Little Helper 2010 (Bourbon Barrel-aged) – 22oz bottles; $12 each; 6 bottle limit. There are two different sessions and the brewery is recommending that people RSVP. More info on what’s going down here. Also of note, the release of Cuvee de Tomme has been pushed back to August 28th.
Finally, Haverhill Brewery has released its summer seasonal in 22 oz. bottles. Haverhill Ascension Belgian IPA is now in stores. This beer features a Belgian yeast strain and noble Saaz hops.
