SanTan Brewing Company Signs Deal with Crescent Crown Distributing: Award-winning Chandler brewpub’s new alliance will expand distribution throughout Arizona
(Chandler, AZ) – July 8, 2010 – SanTan Brewing Company of Chandler announced that it has signed an historic deal with Crescent Crown Distributing. Under this arrangement, SanTan’s award-winning craft beers will be sold in cans, kegs, torpedo kegs, and growlers at select accounts in Arizona serviced by Crescent Crown, including Hotels, Resorts, golf courses, bars, restaurants, convenience stores and retail outlets.

Crescent Crown Distributing is the fifth-largest distributor in the country, featuring products from Miller, Coors, Corona, New Belgium, Alaskan and several other brands in its portfolio. Crescent Crown employs more than 600 people in the Valley.

The distribution deal coincides with SanTan’s facility expansion, which includes the installation of a CASK Automatic Canning System Model 3.5 – to be complete by the end of July. The canning system is capable of producing thirty 12-ounce cans per minute. The company will begin canning its four core brands within 6 months: Hopshock IPA and Epicenter American Amber, Devil’s West Coast Pale Ale and HefeWeizen Wheat.
