(Lancaster, OH) – Rockmill Brewery opens up for business this week.

The grand opening is next Saturday, September 18th at 7PM in Lancaster. This will be an organic brewery focusing on Belgian styles. They have received label approval for a Witbier, Saison, Tripel and Dubbel in 750s though I’m not sure which beers will be available this weekend.
