Per the RateBeer event listing, “Avery Brewing Company will release Rumpkin, a Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Pumpkin Ale, on Wednesday, October 13th at 6PM from the Avery Tap Room in Boulder. This is a draft only release available for a limited time for Fall. In addition to the Avery Tap Room, Rumpkin will made available on draft at a select few beer bars nationwide.
Rumpkin Stats: 13.2% ABV, 15 IBU, 18 SRM
Imperial Pumpkin Ale brewed with pumpkin puree and a blend of five spices. Aged in extremely fresh Gosling’s Rum barrels for six months. Consume early and often, preferably with a pumpkin pie and/or s’mores.”

…SweetWater Exodus Porter bottles rolled off of the line this week. These will be included in the winter edition tackle box mixed 12-pack. Curious that it’s the most decorated beer that the brewery has and in a traditional style no less but no year-round/seasonal 6-pack. Also, be on the lookout for FestivAle bottles.
…Sierra Nevada Brewing is changing the name for Our Brewers Reserve: Oak-Aged Ale to Our Brewers Reserve: Grand Cru due to some TTB labeling qualification.

…Boulevard Brewing released a fall Smokestack Seasonal, Seeyoulator Doppelbock, a week ago today. The brewery bottled the first set of 12 oz. Smokestacks last week: Tank 7 and Double-Wide I.P.A..
