(Tampa, FL) – Time for an update on this three-way international collaboration…

Cigar City Brewing of Florida, Hill Farmstead of Vermont and Grassroots Brewing of Denmark recently collaborated on four beers. Two of them, Either and Or, got label approval last week. On the labels, they are each described as a “high gravity black ale brewed with Ty Ty honey, copious amounts of hops and aged on toasted Spanish Cedar.” 11.2% ABV in 12 oz. bottles.

As of mid-September, they were fermenting away at Cigar City’s facility and, according to CCB Founder and Owner, Joey Redner, it sounds like they will be ready to go pretty soon:

“Either and Or will come 12/12 to a case of 24 12 oz bottles. Basically a sampler case of just 2 different beers. They will be packed loose. The idea is that they will go on shelves loose, but next to each other. We plan to send a little to every market we are in. So NY, PA, FL as well as new markets we are going to including Denmark, AL, GA, NC and SC. We are also trying to figure out how to get some to Vermont so Shaun [Hill of Hill Farmstead] will have some.”
