Per today’s newsletter, “Next month, Epic Brewing Company is breaking ground to expand the brewery by 3,000 square feet. This will more than double our current capacity. Since our Grand Opening this past May, Epic has tripled in size.” The newsletter notes that Brainless on Peaches is available in the cold cases.

Beer description: “Smells like peach orchard irrigated in Chardonnay in the french country side with morning dew dripping off the peaches. We took our double gold medal winning Brainless Belgian, added organic peach puree and aged it in French Chardonnay casks form Sawtooth Winery.”

Malts/Sugars/Fruits: Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats, and Organic Oregon Fruits Peach Puree.
Hops: Premient, Tettnang, and Saaz.
ABV: 10.5%
