(Salt Lake City, UT) – The busy Utah startup known as Epic Brewing came out with some more news today.
Per the newsletter, “Our two new 40 barrel tanks are being installed this week and we will be brewing into them starting Sunday. This should allow us to keep our entire Classic and Elevated brands in stock, all the time, by sometime in November. With this expansion we are at 3 to 4 times our opening day production volume.
The Brainless on Peach was such a hit that we’ve decided to do Brainless on Cherries, it is about three to four months out. It should be a nice, mid-winter treat. We’ve also just brewed batch number two of the Smoked and Oaked that is aging in the Whiskey Barrels currently.”
Epic, which won a bronze medal for its Oatmeal Stout at GABF is seeing demand skyrocket according to the Salt Lake City Tribune.
Look for Sour Apple Saison and 825 State Stout to arrive next week. The brewery has also received label approval for an Imperial Stout, pictured above. Fest Devious is the latest specialty release.
